Missed Class & Make-Up Policy

To ensure fairness and consistency for all participants, the following policy applies to all golf classes and programs:

 Coach or Weather-Related Cancellations

•  Classes cancelled due to inclement weather or coach/instructor unavailability will be made up.
• Make-up classes will be scheduled at the discretion of the program and communicated to participants as soon as possible.

 Participant Missed Classes

• Classes missed by participants for any reason are not eligible for make-up sessions.
• This includes, but is not limited to: illness, travel, scheduling conflicts, transportation issues, or personal obligations.
•  No refunds, credits, or prorated adjustments will be provided for participant absences.

 Attendance Responsibility

• Participants are responsible for attending all scheduled classes and arriving on time.
• Late arrivals may result in reduced instruction time and will not be extended or rescheduled.

Policy Acknowledgment

• Enrollment in the program constitutes acceptance of this Missed Class & Make-Up Policy.
• This policy is subject to change at any time, with notice provided when applicable.
