Scholarship Application Form

Through our continued partnership with the Jordan Spieth Family Foundation, the Little Linksters GOALS program or Golf Outreach Advances Life Skills, is pleased to now offer a maximum of 50 monthly program scholarships to youth with special abilities of any kind! Please fill out the form below with as much detail as possible and choose your location of choice. Classes meet once a week for 45 minutes, four consecutive weeks each month. 50 scholarships will be available each month for February-May. First come, first served. The program will likely continue after the May session. Stay tuned for details on that.
